I've grown within the company and enjoyed working for them. I have learn how to work as team, and train and groom staff.company gave me an opotunity to learn and grow from them. Working and travelling thought me not limit myself but be able to strech and multy task

What I have learned in retail especially as a manager is to make sure that there has to be a good bond in the staff(Good relationship)that way it will be easy to interact with customers,and if there's good service then more money coming in but most of all there must be trust in the store to avoid theft,ect.Also learned that customers are not the same so always be calm when talking to customers, feed them more with policy when selling products that way there will be good communication with clients.
