My daily tasks will be the following but are not limited to this Admin / Training Manager 2006 - Till date 19 Years @ 1 Company Stand in for General Manager when absent I've learned over the years to do all the different jobs within the Company since I've worked myself up through different Dept from being a cashier, Salesperson, Receiving Clerk and all the aspects within an office. I'm also the HR and OHS Rep and the Training Manager. I love given training to the workers and see how they grow through this and always enjoying to learn new things myself. The most challenging aspects of my job is to get my boss involved in a meeting or training session since he is always to busy with his own things and I also work for two bosses and try to keep both happy with different tasks at the same time

A Typical day at work
A typical day will be like doing creditors, claims and payments. I am also doing the debtors accounts and handling customer queries and emails. Working on specials and organizing adds with local papers. Dealing with staff related issues like leave, accounts, uniform and dicciplinary actions. I give training from time to time to staff members. I do get along very well with all staff members and like to have an open door policy which make it easy for anyone to come to me for advise or guidance. I like my job because not every day is the same and I still learning each day.
Pros: Long term position
Cons: Long woriing hours with no weekends off
