Nice environment to work in

I go to our farm to work there two morning a week, dealing with the cash. I do all different accounting work and admin. I have a good relationship with my co workers. I have learnt so much for accounting and excell. I enjoy every minute of my work. After all these years there are still stuff that I need. WOrking close with the FD, she learns my quite a bit.

Pros: Nice environment to work in
Cons: There are not really anything, only thing is the sea is a bit far away.

Owesome to Expand your career

Staff and some managers are good to work with. It is a nice resort to work at and customers are always coming to enjoy their holiday. You go on a program called WSP to learn to further your career Good Qualification in ETD. Long working hours is getting too much to a person that you feel like you are no longer willing to do hospitality.

Pros: Enough room to learn
Cons: Long working hours😞 and bad management towards black people

Gives exposure to all their employees and students to better their knowledge and skills

prepared me to work at any hospitality company,ready for challenge and competition.it gives their employees and students exposure to learning new skills and knowledge to better their work

Pros: There is always opportunity for promotion as long as you put your work First, doing a great job and productive
Cons: These always a time where I work long hours, especially during the festive season or hosting event, conference and functions
