Excellent learning curve

Extremely busy days with many alarm attendance. Great working in the team. Radio skills as a dispatcher and telephone etiquette is a must. Working with the response teams and assisting with as much issues experienced out on the field.. The most challenging thing is the fact that there is very little space for growth

Pros: Great Salary/perks but growth is not there
Cons: Training given on off days and to people that have done the training already and the payment for a training day is not the same as the normal working day.

My experiences at my previous job

It was a very busy environment a typical work day entailed dealing with difficult if not angry clients, going through not less than 60 emails to see and respond to. Relationship with colleagues was a healthy one, I have learned to be calm and cope under pressure, I had enoyed the office environment there was laughter almost daily. The most challenging thing was to calm a very angry walk in client and having to give them answers there and there on the spot face to face.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn customers service
Cons: Long working hours towards month end

Be willing to teach and learn from others

To teach is to be thought, never Underestimate what can happen or is going to happen , grow with drive ,alertness,and positivity-be on time so you can catch that worm on time as well

I am a hard worker and a fast learner , i can work as a team and i am willing to learn more .i can work under pressure , i am an ambicious person

Pros: If I work hard and I will be happy for a promotion
Cons: It will depend but I do not be a problem with that
