Good support structure

Sotoa has given me more experience in my line of study A+ and N+ . My troubleshooting skills are now greater and I have learned a lot from both the business and co workers. I work well in teams and I also work well unsupervised. I love working with customers it gives me great joy to see customers happy. Working night shifts is the only thing I do not get used to as I am a morning person. I love my colleagues they are good team players.
