My learning curve for the past few years

I Stanton Williams routinely researches all options, developing the best alternative solutions. Im skilled at gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources, identifies most problem situations within appropriate time frames. However,I could do more to anticipate and resolve problems before they grow into larger issues. Further, my participation in group problem solving situations needs to improve.

Product awereness

Protocol changes way to often, no sense of direction within the company. Too many directors giving out instructions resulting in confusion and miscommunication cause wrong tasks being carried out.

Pros: 1 off day a week

Trainee position

Trainee position with the opportunity to gain experience in the work industry, friendly and professional working environment with opportunity to prove myself and gather new information in outside fields of my course. Web design work that allows me to gather work experience and knowledge in the field of web development and learn new web development techniques and skills and knowledge in the field. Most challenging aspects would be of learning how to interact and manage certain situations and gather solutions to problems that occur on the website and interact with customers to assist them with their queries and issues with products or any form of confusion and misunderstandings.

Cons: Long hours and working on weekends
