I have learn the consequences of not doing things right

Its very relaxed environment with flexible times This like home away from home, where everyone knows about everyone's personal lives . My relationship with my co-workers is semi-formal, I try not to share too much about my personal lives with my colleagues but just basics and work but I do have good relationship with almost everyone. I have learnt the consequences of doing things wrong, I mean we just came from 3 years of bad financial reporting, I enjoy the culture of this organization, the sincerity of the people here, people are very welcoming. I learn new things everyday now which is good. The challenge is our processes, We have very completed processes that nobody follows and we end up doing everything which cause us money. another challenge is lack of support from my manager.

Cons: No opportunity for promotion

I have learnt to work well under pressure and independently

Interesting thing about SAPO has to be its diverse culture, the people are very cultural, respectful and welcoming . its like a home away from home, people care about each other's well being. I worked well with my co-workers and in the meantime I have also learnt to work well independently. I enjoy the culture of the organization, ubuntu that people carry arround here. The most challenging aspect of my job is lack of support from my manager but this has taught me independence, and doing internet research to assist in executing my tasks
