It's an excellent learning curve
Working in aviation requires one to have patience and good customer service. On a typical day at work you meet passengers made for flights, angry due to delays mainly due to bad changes in weather and most minors travelling alone. As a check in agent my job is to bring about calmness and customer satisfaction. In rainy seasons it is most difficult for airport staff, we often feel the customers frustrations as flights delay for to the weather this missing international connecting flights. Under such circumstance there's only much we can do and it all has to fall within company policy. I work well with others the job requires one to be able to relate with one another in order to maintain our standard. I've learnt to not always take everything to heart, let our passengers complain and curse yet forever remain helpful. At the end of the day I still would have some my job and went an extra mile.
Pros: Meeting new people everyday
Cons: Long working hours including holidays

Life as a customer service agent at the airport
Not nice The airport is a very interesting place to work at, Long shift hours, you always have to be alert and have to always think on your feet. The working days are a lot and you don't have time for yourself and your personal life.
Pros: Number one at customer satisfaction
Cons: Long working hours
