I am an Order-to-Cash SME

My current job and positions I have held over the past 10 years required long hours and dedication. This resulted in spending more quality time with my family and my hobbies.

Review emergency works orders and create sub-works orders Use SAP Create the maintenance plan and assign tasks to team members, including contractors. Communicate and distribute plan to team members Organize, assign and distribute maintenance work orders to Team Leaders Ensures that required tools and spares are available Plan the execution of the autonomous maintenance schedules for the unit Lead the pre-maintenance meeting and post-maintenance meeting Update task lists if required Develop budget and avoid overspend Order and create spares reservations Review safety requirements of tasks in planning table where needed Conduct 1st stage and system analysis problem solving Oversee if maintenance is going as planned Implement 5S principle Develop MSG3 and update MSG3 Root cause analysis and loop closure to prevent repeat failures

Fast learner, excellent with people. Work very well under pressure.
Please see attached CV I work very well under pressure, I'm excellent with people. Love new challenges and I'm a fast learner. I joined Sab in 2015, and since then I have learned to work in a fast paced environment and a male dominated environment. I have also learned to adapt to different cultures and personalities. I enjoy interacting with people, leaning their ways of doing things and giving support where it's needed. The most challenging aspects of my job is having to deal with males that are still stuck in the past where a woman is concerned. But I've learned to bring myself to their level and make them feel comfortable to approach me.
Pros: I'm working for an international company and growth is one aspect that is there, it only depends on an individual on weather they want it or not.
Cons: I work from 7 till 16:30

Excellent learning curve
You learn to multitask able, it builds self confidence, been flexible and great team work. Good space for career growth. Long working hours and must be willing to work overtime Liasing with big to small outlets. Ability to interact with friendly to difficult customers.

Great experience gained in sales,promotions and events management.
Started as a sales representative then got promoted to a field sales representative dealing with sales and events where I took part in the planning of the events right through to the main event itself and also the set up and take down.then they did away with the field sales representative position and I was made to become a sales trainee and a few months there after I became an account manager.a position I hold till this day.
Pros: Great experience
Cons: Work day and night even week ends and even when on leave.

Challenging Job
Currently employed as the Labour Relations Manager. Responsible for the entire Technical and Manufacturing Function throughout Africa. This includes the Logistics functions. My role is to provide sound IR advise to Line Managers and Human Resources on a daily basis. Appearing for the employer at the CCMA and instructing attorneys on Labour Court matters. Dealing with wage negotiations annually. Responsible for the Hop and Barley farms wage negotiations. Training of both Line Managers and shop stewards. Reviewing of policies to be in line with the legislative changes.
Pros: The company offers great exposure as one gets to deal with various stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
Cons: Currently cannot identify any disadvantages.

Excellent learning curve
Very good company to work with.it gives anyone a platform to excell..it a big company with big challenges you need to excell everytime to keep your customers happy. Timing is the key and also planning if you fail to plan you planning to fail.I like my colleagues for lifting me up when I'm down. And good management who are the with employers when things does go in a write way. Every week weeks meetings it keeps everyone to perform up to standard..

Perfect starting place for great industry exposure
I am working shifts and we are a team consisting of 12 individuals. Every section of the plant depend on the other and therefore communication is essential. Typical day at work involves running the process, reacting to deviations and involving the shift artisan to help solve them. Problem solving is emphasised since it stops problems from re-occurring. It is shift work and proper hand over to the next is a must.
Pros: Learning the brewing world and trainership are available
Cons: Working shifts is sometimes exhausting when helpng out if the other member is sick for a longer time
