Helping offenders from different background is a mystery to me and i enjoy finding myself helping to unfold their unbecoming behavior and finding themselves doing some thing to better their lives and even to their next of kin.

Good working condition

My day start at 06H00 and ends at 18H00. I am a dedicated, hardworking and peoples person who is responsible, accountable and have integrity. We work as a team because we are dealing with prisoners. I enjoy the issue of rehabilitating prisoners to be a better person and helping them to solve their challenges. I am looking for opportunities in Human Resources as I have studied Industrial Psychology

Pros: Interacting with co workers
Cons: Long working hours, less promotion opportunities and working out of my profession

IV BEEN TRYING MYSELF TO EMPOWER MYSELF WITH VARIOUS SKILLS

it has not been an easy ride working for the company considering politics around the remuneration as well as the working environment although i have been patient through out. right now i feel stuck because there is not many opportunities for growth hence one spends most of the time looking for something bater
