I'm PORTIA I am a hard worker and I love to work with groups and I am good group leader I do respect people especially the client I'm a fast learner I don't mind to work overtime and I'm patient

Pros: I work at South African Express Airways as a customer service agent it was temporary I do enjoy what I was doing even though it was a short period everything was great even the group leader was friendly I would like to go back n work with them I learn a lot and I did enjoy

I am always inspired by exposing myself to new ideas/work field.

My day at work normally starts at 04h30 am when i am doing my morning shift,basically i am a crew coordinator who amends and makes sure that all my crew is allocated flights.I also The crew Co-ordination will be centralized And Johannesburg will be responsibly for the entire crewing of all flights. I work very well with my team as our work requires team work. I have learned working under pressure and managing well under that. I enjoy being part of working with various cultures. The main challenge about my work

Pros: Learning from new departments and growing fro expreriences.
Cons: Extra working hours,extra mile

Relationship manager

A typical day to day Job is visit clients that I have made appointments with, planning and flow up, setting of appointments and planning they done on Friday and then follow up with weekly report. the excellent learning curve on business analysis and proactive reaction based on all the analysed. Acquiring performing accounts and the power vested on you to make spot on decisions was great. The most challenging aspect is when you need to follow up for response on all levels. Being part of the dynamic team, that has a can do attitude, playful and friendly.

Pros: easy to sell product due to brand recognition, and working as a team
Cons: flexible hours that are not really flaxible.
