Strong problem solving ability, team work skills and Ability to work underpressure

I have interpersonal skills and problem solving skills that i have developed during my internship programme. Since i was always attending meeting so this has given me the oppourtunity to develop time management skills and organazational skills. And i have also learnt to be patient when working with other people. And not to take everything personal since people we are different with different culture, believes and religion.

Great working environment, brilliant people to work with.

Working at the South African space Agency has been a very interesting and rewarding job choice for me. I have worked on many different projects and learnt a lot in many different fields. The people I work with are intelligent, always willing to help and constantly on the move. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working for them. The remote aspects of working in places like Antarctica and Marion island taught me many personal skills that I have adopted to many other places of my life.

Pros: Great travel and experience
Cons: Working in isolated environments away from home can be challenging mentally.

Business Management Skills

Opportunity to attain skills beyond full Finance Function. Involved in review of contracts, preparation and presentation off submissions to Board and Audit Committee. Responsible for entity endurance cover and analysing expenditure on mega projects.

Excellent learning curve

Teamwork and meeting deadlines is very key in the job i am working, you need to be able to work under pressure and multi task. i have learnt tolerating different personalities in the work environment because communication is important when working as a team to meet deadlines. accuracy in your job is important because we work with money and audits been done every financial year.

Pros: Gain great experience is not only about data capturing but Admin and finance as well
Cons: No Opportunity for growth within the department.
