There are opportunity of learning
I love working for south deep, I have also learned a lot in the finance industry. I would like to take my career to the next level and lean new things in this field of finance and also to get an opportunity to use the the knowledge and skills I have learned at south deep mine

Cons: Normal working hours only on month end of necessary we could work long hours

Gained experience
working days were of favorable condition with good relationship among co-workers. I have gained lot of experience after working with experiences draughtpersons. And further learn more on business optimization as i worked close to System administrators.

I gave a lot of experience trackless to many people . Worked and enjoyed working under pressure Team work and safety was the main concern Safe production goals is what I enjoyed most.

Excellent learning curve
Good company when its come to developing its employees .Good management. Good relationship with co-workers.Team work is their first priority. And since it is a mining company they always comply to their values.

I'm learning more in diesel mechanic and I enjoy my because mostly I learn new things
Spending more time in the company at the same time not paying me for that relationship with co-workers is good. How to find faulty in a machines. To get a problem in a machine if there is a breakdown. The working areas sometimes is not good.

Self drivin
I enjoy working at south deep a lot,but any new challenges I can taje it,as this days mining industry its not stable, I have been working as an electrician for nine years now,mostly trackless mining and im still enjoying it.

Great learning experiance
Dealing with clients. Making sure the client is always happy. Using Microsoft office on daily basis. Filing documents. I enjoy helping the client with what they want.

I AM A GOOD LEANER
working for my company has taught me a lot about working with different people, because i work with different faces everyday, and also this is a company which you are expected to deliver no matter what.
