Good Learning Curve

This is my first HR work experience and has been a great one especially with young company like South Point. My daily duties are mainly to do with recruitment, selection, interviews, on boarding and induction, career development and HR administration. During my stay I have learnt Sage Patel Payroll and has been a wonderful experience. Working with people(internal and external) is the highlight of my South Point career.

Good place

Great experience and to learn patience in client management, commercial clientele are great projects could be handled better. There are to many project manages involved with a single project. Distrobution of work not well mannaged.

Exciting working space

At South Point we are not required to wear formal everyday, so we are always comfortable in our casual outfits. The co-workers are friendly. Throughout my time at South Point I've learnt the importance of communication. Enjoy the work that I do, creating content for students. Most challenging aspects of the job is convincing management to increase our budget for projects.

Tough but worth it

Everyday is chaotic and busy, different challenges all the time. High end people demanding service. Micromanagement but still positive to resolve issues at hand. Enjoy problem solving and helping people to resolve issues.

Cons: Difficult people who are verbally abusive
