STUDENTS OUR CLIENT
South West Guateng TVET College it a public with six cumpas around soweto and one in Randburg. It a privillage to serve the public at this time of economy grouth and gavenance. working at a student support office it never be and easy task, it need a good heart with self motevation and not to be emotinal to sudents as they are our client. Everyday you learn new informations about bursary and online applications. At most of time you will be required to promote the college at public at the sametime addressing students about all activities that is happaning across the college. Everyday it a new day at students support office. At SWGC i enjoyed Sports as i was apointed as a soccer couch, SWGC playered at the COSSA league for all TVET College across the country. SWGC has Played all it games without lose or drow at 2016 league we have made a history of life time. fees mast full was a big challenging at most casess because i had to address students about all outcome of the meetings.
Pros: i have promoted sports and art & culture in many occaions, fair SRC elections as well as education first

GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE WORK EXPRIENCE
I have the ability to plan,develop and establish long and short range procurement and contracting plans. I know how to overcome difficulties from suppliers and I know how to come with A solution on every problem I come around with. I have learnt to manage the difficult suppliers who do not understand the payments procedures and t have helped them to understand how things are done in the finance department'some suppliers under quoted the items it's a challenge because you have to start the document from scratch and it delays time . I am able to build working relations with people from different backgrounds and their cultures. I have the ability to work independently and under pressure. I have gained allot of knowledge and experience working as a procurement intern .I have done an actual post so it has been a wonderful experience.

Excellent learning curve
Exposure on working under TVET colleges, Temporary contract that's are so frustrating, entry to good salary payments, advantage of dealing with different personal human being and be able to provide solution to any communication crisis. Empower individual human strength. Build team work spirit. Communication frustration especially among collogues.

Im a working proffesional person who always deliver work duties on time.
I am a person who always deliver job on time, who always can work under pressure as am working as receptionist and assisting Exam officer with issuing certificates and statements of results to students. Working and connecting with people is what I like as am the face of the College. I'm people`s person and I get to know people easily and I am a dominant person. I have learned working motives and how a person should behave at work and being professional at any circumstances as I work mostly with external clients.

We work only weekdays. we get get along very very well and the staff is friendly and welcoming. work experience, how to treat people. capturing data. dealing with people who are stubborn.

I am a young yet mature college leaver with developed employability skills and personal attributes that support the transition from education. I have completed my N6 in management assistant. Leadership and communication skills developed and demonstrated through engagement in volunteering, I’m a motivated individual keen to obtain experiential training learning in management assistant with the organization. Key strength includes strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
