Great place to work

currently employed with Southern Canned Products as a Production Foreman since 2015 reason for seeking employment is that due to our water restrictions there is talk of staff reduction and we are in the juice trade and has a major impact on our business

Family company

typical work day day shift always hectic and love the challenges night shift more relaxed and you can focus more and achieve your targets and evaluate all the individuals on shift .I've learned more about blending process and better people skills I love learning new things and every day is a new challenge.Most challenging is drawing up production plans and meeting new and better targets because the company is growing at a rapid rate .

Pros: no more growth in the company
Cons: was promised a raise more than a year ago still nothing have to wait don't know on what

It's a great company to work for there is a lot to learn if you are someone who is willing to learn

Ttger is a bit of racesim rom the foreman there's to much h sala there are people who have been working there for years bt there are still casual ry cuts

Pros: Slim opportunities for promotion
