Promotion from food and beverage to Night Auditor(Front office)

Check in and out of guests,early departures and wake-up calls.Daily banking updates and balancing of all shifts.daily hand overs for the early shift.Daily Excel update of Complimentary room updates,Financial spreadsheets and email them to the Finance department.Bring a night manager and do room checks daily.

Pros: Great opportunities on all departments if you put your mind at what you want
Cons: Long hours but they are worth it at the end
