I work media hours, I do news and a business show
The company doesnt allow growth, no contracts, no HR, currently don't have a line manager. It is not conducive enough to allow one to grow in their work area, There's a load of work but not enough salary. The company doesn't cover medical aid for employees.
Pros: Learning platform
Cons: Underpaid

Excellent learning curve
Soweto Tv is a great place for one to head start their career, as most employees range from semi-skilled to non skilled at all. - A typical day ranges from updating reports for Exco, committee and Board members -My relationship with co-workers is great but unfortunately with my line of work not much communication is permitted. -I have learnt to work with different age group of employees and ones from different structural levels. -What I enjoy the most is the flexibility of my work. -The most challenging aspects of my job is leaving late for after Board or Committee meeting and come back early to send a report of the meetings.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
