I watched myself grow

I have worked for this company for 4 years and was constantly busy. I did not have time to prioritise family or things that mattered to me. I was always expected to work late or from home and even in sick days you would get called constantly to do work from home. Although the job was fun in the beginning, as I evolved I needed my employer to have more empathy on how my priorities have changed which often did not happen. I always had to be accountable for other people's actions even when I had already done everything I could to ensure things would run smoothly.

Cons: Long working hours, inconsiderate of priorities

Excellent working experience

Throughtout the period working with Sozala Media, I have gained the knowledge as well as the experience of working and engaging with different target markets from different geographic areas. As a sales assistance, marketing skills were also gained as the promotion of Sozala Media products were expected to be communicated to new as well as existing customers to increase brand awareness. On the subject of the work environment, I have also gained the skill of communication, not just with customers but with colleagues as well, building and maintaining a good working environment was vital and something I personally acknowledge and respect.
