Improved my admin skills

Ability to multi task, the target was to assess more than 10 sales call which the call duration per sale 00:45:00 .I work well under preasure .I make sure that I use my 8 hours being productive and emailing my tracker to my the QA manager.

Pros: upskill program
Cons: once a week 10hrs
