Advertising and Promotions at FMCG marketing department

No two days are the same at my current company, my job is became the my best teacher over the two years I've at the current position. I work with a wonderful team young and ambitious and we assist and fill in for each other whenever necessary. I have learnt how to make and keep good relationships with your clients to eventually have a smooth running operation. my job challenges is that I work with countries either than South Africa and the laws of trading change all the time and one needs to stay vigilant at all times.

Pros: Exposure to other marketing areas
Cons: No access to growth opportunities

Excellent learning curve

Working at Spar was a magnificent experience. I got to work with almost all the departments and different teams within IT. I worked with DevOps, Retail Helpdesk, Customer Services, Desktop, Developers, Business Analysts etc. I learned so much and specialised in SQL and Business Applications. I worked with a team and had individual projects. My daily tasks included resolving tickets and project work. I had the pleasure of working with most pleasant colleagues.

I am a hardworking person who also have obtained microsoft excel level1 and also microsoft outlook am the kind of person who is always willing to learn new thing.

I need to earn appropriately not more than an MD

it is very busy towards deadlines and very exciting to be part of a wonderful team . Spar has been awarded Top employer for two consecutive years but the structure within the department has gone flat which affects the rate of career growth

Pros: learning from seniour management and open door policy
Cons: unpredictable hurdles on leaflet sign off days
