Discipline of hard labour

Hard labor everyday.good relation with co workers as we inspire each other for the job we hired to do, i've learned the disciplene of hard labor, the transport they provide after hours enjoyable indeed, he most challenging aspect the job its self,pushing nd pulling havey material from 8 am till 6:30 pm

Excellent experience in the Abattoir and Feedlot Industry.

Have a very good relationship with co-workers - from all walks of life. Making appointments, see that diaries are up to date for CEO, Director and Manager - keep a booking diary for two Boardrooms - schedule tea/coffees and food as required. Do minutes, making flight, accommodation and vehicle bookings - local and overseas. Manage 5 x General Cleaners for 11 Departments. Filing, see that household groceries, etc. are bought for the CEO and Directors homes in Marquard - trained the Chauffeurs to do that, when they here otherwise I do it myself - Certain personal requirement I do attend to. Also see that the Town House in Welkom is kept and cleaned on regular basis. Most challenging is to try and fit and complete task daily, since the next day might just not goes as planned...

Pros: Excellent - very BUSY - rather busy that not sure what to do next. Gain so much knowledge of the Abattoir/Feedlot industry
Cons: Long hours - no lunches - Sometimes work load is just SO much, that a person that can organise well - just do not know anymore

Tough work all day from 8am till 6:30, good relations with co workers even thou uder servere situation.disciplene of a hard labour is what i have learned, the job itself is the challenge

Learning curve

Excellent experience. Exposure to another, different environment. Many challenges. Unions company relationship excellent. Career development for employees excellent. Started afresh with implementation of new systems including time and attendance and access control.

Experiential learning

I was responsible for HR Administration which includes filling, typing,uploading employees and also employment confirmation. I was also doing Hearings and translation which has taught me a lot even though it was a very difficult task to do. I was also exposed to do induction which made me boost my confidence by standing in front of employees.

For body strength only

Hard work all the way,from morning till late. no eazy job since it needs physical strength. easily sociable with collegues since we comfort each other for the hard work we do. most challenging, to work more than 16 hours per day and not getting over time payment

Excellent experience

It was a experience of how to work with different people and building a relationship with workers know how to solve problems without manager how to handle long hours without distractions I learnt that you must have ability to work under pressure enjoying when we meet the target with my team most important you must gain trust from the coworkers as I was their leader and I was supposed to lead by example
