Warehouse Operations

Working at a warehouse is something I have done since my early career. I have started as a warehouse worker and work myself up to the position of a manager within six years. Since I have worked extensively in warehousing environment settings, I understand the daily demands of this work and can supervise the personnel effectively. My leadership qualities were recognized by my superiors earlier on in my career. I can manage warehouse employees to ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures and have trained new employees as well. Never compromising in quality, I endeavor to ensure that each shipment received or sent is up to the quality standard of the company. Possessing excellent leadership qualities and a vast background working in a warehouse environment, I deem myself perfect candidate for this position. I am positive that I will add value to your company.

Pros: Working wuth the team who took their job serious and always happy
Cons: Working with the operations manager who does not know the importance of keeping staff happy and always save money on expense of the employees e.g he does not want to hire more staff and overworked emplooyees but still expect them to be effective which for me it is not possible

The company had too many rules. hat)! Rather, give an accurate picture of what it's like to work at your company. Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging aspects of the job

Cons: Would live for the company to pay for my studies

Learning curve

No room for growth especislly not for non-white. Huge staff turnover. Company affected by the impact of Covid19 economically and had to temporarily lay off certain staff
