Growing

worked as analyst from 2010 and became a senior analyst in 2014 then a supervisor in 2016. putting all my contration in what iam busy with got me where i am today.

Excellent growing journey

The company was excellent and I have gained lot of experience working individually and as a group, now I am have learn to operate a machine while doing other various activities like packaging barcoding printing wrapping machines and beating a deadline being quick focus and professional

Lovely place to learn new things

It is quiet a challenging industry with everything needing to be validated but at the same time a good learning environment. I have learnt a lot on the basis that I am the only support person doing more than one module, which most of them I only came to work on them when I joined the company. A list of those modules is stated in my CV. The challenging part is that SAP PP and WM are still in the old SAP 4.0B and it is highly customised, which makes it difficult to support without ABAP expertise.

Pros: Learning new modules and handling a lot of responsibility
Cons: Dont see opportunity for promotions - Im a specialist and then there's my manager (we are only a team of 2)

What i have learnt

I had a wonderful experience working for the company, with the exposure to interact with the manufacturing site, quality assurance and Procurement. The most interesting part I have learnt is that in the work place you don't just sit and focus only on the work you are employed to do, but rather also have the interest in knowing how other departments do so that understanding the process gets much more better.
