An excellent opportunity for personal growth.
An ongoing opportunity to improve my personal growth and that of the company.i like the challenge of improving the existing machines and work methods to maximize output but still maintain quality.Training people to realize their potential is rewarding on many levels as it benefits both the business and the employees. I provided training to numerous staff members , in many disciplines i.e technical, quality, safety. interviewed countless people for various positions in our business, unfortunately also had to dismiss many people. A typical day is to have our production planning meeting where production planning is done, maintenance issues are discussed and solved, i am the company's technical support manager - production as well as production optimization . All staff HR matters are managed by me . I have a very good relationship with all my fellow employees, as i employed most of them. i enjoy the daily challenge of continuous improvement - both personal and of the company.

Good commuication and time management
I have learned a lord at specstrip how to be responsible to your work and how to work with people as team how to control stock and how to sell a nice product by checking it how to avoid reject how to take the company to other level improvements.
Pros: Been promoted is motivation
Cons: Is good to have overtime to make more money and to help the company by working extra hours
