Amazing company to work for but unfortunately I had to leave due to health issues.

Working at Spilhaus for anybody is a great opportunity as they are a very understanding company that always assists with training and development.. they never leave an employee alone to fend for themselves and their communication to employees is always very clear and valid. Spilhaus will teach you many things as well as make you grow as a person as I did in this company and I will always be grateful for the experience I developed during my time at Spilhaus.

Development of excelllent communication skills

Good ccompany to start off a work experience with. Excellent service always given to customers. Little to none growth in company. I would like to start working in my career field now, which is in the chemical industry.

Opportunity for growth

A typical day would be, banking, paper work, enquiries, stock take, interacting with customers, displays, general admin and selling of stock. The relationship with my co- works is excellent. I've learnt how to sell products in an appropriate manner. I enjoy the selling and meeting new people on a day to day basis. However,what I really enjoy is helping out wherever I can. The challenging part would be the hours

Fast learner

-Internal sales - Unpacking of boxes - Making sure the store is neat - Relationship with co-workers is good, as we work together as a family - I enjoy the customers - what I find challenging is the working hours

Learning curve

Excellent learning curve

I started as security guard from 2001 until I work myself up to store manager I being with company from 2001 to date, it started as look and listen after it was closed I was the only person was move to Spilhaus. Good with customers, target driver, displine person always on time, hard worker, good listener not afraid of challenges, good with staff most coming to displinar I am also good with any favour,I learn a lot since I being in retail, as I work with different characters and how to handle all staff equally. Most challenging aspects late coming, failing to do task, gossip among staff members
