Great learning experience and kick start building my career

I have superb organisational ability and a pragmatic approach to defining problems, resolving conflict, and developing practical and current solutions. I am a reliable team player and any task given to me, I do to the best of my ability. Today, I’m ready for a new start, a new beginning as I know my potential is an asset for any company affording me the opportunity. I’m young and ambitious and eager to grow. I am a passionate individual who approaches complex situations with enthusiasm. I have innovation and creativity to be able to assist others.

Great opportunities

Excellent learning oppotuity

- A typical work day: Answering inbound calls Assist and resolve 1st level support queries, logging Calls on the management systems. Deal with customer disputes and general queries. Follow up on calls logged for customers/clients Provide customer service at an Experience/or customer satisfaction level.

Manage a team of 9 technicians and 2 Trainers that install point of sale systems

Retail company that develops and implement POS systems, works as a team and support each other. Been with company for 10 yeardls and have been a special experience to work for such a great company
