i was born into retail 2001 when i was looking for a casual job ever since i have grown in the retail business seeing customers happy will always make my proud and the aftyer sales is my greatest challenge i won top store manager 3 time this year and all in KPI's customer service is my passion i haven't sell properties but no challenge is to great i also work very well with my team

Pros: help my future company exceed there yearly target with a awesome profit
Cons: need a very deep training and understanding about the business and their vision

For the last finacial year i have received top store manager aswell as a runner up in our region

for the last finacial year i have received top store manager aswell as a runner up in our region we also receive a 2nd place in one of our KPI for openning accounts in our league its all about getting and understand and training in all the areas that i will be needing to understand , because learning a new business strat is allways a challenge going the extra mile for my staff and customers , making sure that everyone is well taken care off

we are running a 30 million store with a realy fast past for the last couple of months we toke the companies targets to new hights by selling more to our exsiting customers and we are getting more customers to sell to what i is that i have to motivate all staff and set clear and reasonable instructions so that i can follow up through out the day dissipline according if standards is not inplace read and send email as part of communication most challenging part of our jobs is pursueding a customer that has made her /his mind up what i have learnt is not to trust anybody in your business but give them guidance to become better
