Helped me to mature as a Manager

- Fast paced manufacturing environment - Helpful and considerate co-workers - I have learnt strategy, how to work efficiently, how to prioritize my work - Enjoyed the engagement of team members because of the site size, I like that because we are small, your ideas are heard and if worthy often implemented. - Most jobs are stressful, this one was keeping up with quality at all three sites, monitoring and implementing changes, and developing a product faster than the rest of the market. -

Cons: Small structure leaves little room for career growth

Excellent it was a good company to me

I've learned so much at At Spraypave and Muchasphalt the people where good even the customers where to me as logistics supervisor for Spraypave and I waproxy for company we had three branches Durban, Capetown
