Excellent multi cultures

Invoicing and Record keeping of invoices Maintain updated record of stock credits Processing, liaising and placing orders etc. Manually capturing of information from spreadsheets. Maintain financial accuracy for Internal Auditors Banking of COD’s on a daily basis (Finances) Record keeping of sectional budget Performing of administrative duties: Typing, photocopying, sending emails and filing on a daily basis

Growth.

I work for a company that deals with packaging with seven branches in different provinces. In my department We are a team of three and we work as a team to make sure that our company provides better service to the customers. One of the challenges is to stay calm when Customers are screaming at you.

I AM WORKING NOW 6 YEARS AND I DO MORE THAN JUST CREDIT CONTROL. I DO THE CASH BOOK, PETTY CASH ORDER CASH RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL CASH OFFICE, I ALSO BUY THE PURCHASES OF COFEE, TEA MILLK SUGAR AND CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR THE COMPANY ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND ALSO USED MY OWN CAR. I ALSO ORDER THE STATIONARY FOR THE COMPANY AS WELL AND ALSO THE TONER FOR ALL OUR PRINTERS. I AM ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FUNCTIONS LIKE YEAR END . I THINK WHAT I AM DOING FOR THE COMPANY AND WALK THAT EXTRA MILE FOR THE COMPANY I AM NOT WORTHIT FOR THE COMPANY ANYMORE I ENJOY MY WORK AND ENJOY LEARN OTHERS WHAT I HAVE LEARNT. THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE IS TO MAKE MY TARGETS AND COLLECT MY DEBTS MONTHLY. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS VERY GOOD AND WORK AS A TEAM.

=qui ck learning, team player, enjoy my worjk, enjoy challenge, my work is priority, will walk that extra mile, willing to learn, prepare to do ther dutes as wells
