Opportunity to grow in the business

I enjoyed walking into the shop checking the previous day closing procedure, checking the diary for any issues and preparing for the busy days ahead. Doing my admin and checking if my managers planning is okay for the shift ahead. I really enjoyed working with all the staff including back and front of house staff. Some of them were very Viber and you looked forward to actually going to work to meet all the ccustomers from different walks of life. Making sure that all of them leave the restaurant happy and the money in the till is actually happy money. Some of the challenges were planning for the day and then having unexpected events that make you look like you never did any planning all. But the fun also came from tackling those unexpected events and making sure that the customers still leave happy. I enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you meet different people all the time.

Excellent people's skills

Friendly and professional service of food and beverages. Suggestive selling. Setting bookings/reservations. Attending incoming calls. Handling takeaway orders.

Learning curve for new promotions in store

I have learnt to be more patient and how to handle complains in store,having good customer care and give best service in company..working as a team in a company. To lose staff member due to stealing at work

Healthy environment

I love working at spur, i enjoy making customers happy.everyone is friendly its a family restaurent indeed.we are quite a busy store, the tips are great.i have learnt to always be calm and know that cutsomers are always right. The working environment is very healthy, we all get along. Our managers are also doing a great job, they always check on customers. They also help us as waitresses on busy days.we work as a team and our cusyomers are always happy and thats why we making great tips, its because of our services.
