In February this year i was promoted to Payroll Administrator
Day to day bookkeeping, general payroll admin work, Coordinating incoming orders for work that need to be done through quadrem supply Centre, Scanning documents into different computers and emails, Maintain the filing of daily purchases from our creditors and compiling creditors list on month ends. Also monitoring the debtors invoicing and filing, Creating weekly and monthly quotations for our customers, Answering switchboard and diverting messages and calls to the responsible person. Make payments to creditors. Compile the monthly hours for the employees for payroll purposes, Process employees salaries, welcoming of visitors, typing minutes of meetings, My relationship with employees is very good. I was first hired as an admin clerk in 2012, on the 01 February 2016, I was promoted to be a Payroll Admin. The challenging part of the job is manually compiling the cashbook. since the previous Payroll admin did not do a handover to me when she resigned
Pros: There is no further chance of a promotion
Cons: Sometimes, there's working under pressure when preparing for special jobs and when it comes to invoicing.

Not excellent learning curve
I'm sometimes working long hour and at the end of the month there is no difference in my salary.They do Not care about the well being of the employees.Sometime we get paid late.I love my job but the company I'm working for is robbing me.
