varied, fast paced, flexible hours, good teamwork, no special benefits, the work is not highly challenging but people can be, learn something new everyday, good people skills, no two days are the same

Excellent learning curve

SRK has equipped me with skills set in orebody/resource modelling and geostatistical evaluation using cutting edge geological and geostatistical software. This assists in increasing my technical skills, industry knowledge and problem solving abilities. SRK Consulting also encourages its employees to further their skills through ongoing training in their fields of study. I have furthered my qualifications and attained my MSc in Engineering through the SRK Bursary scheme. I am currently working towards my PhD, all thanks to SRK Consulting who are very supportive and assist by creating an environment where an employee is able to balance work, studies and time with family.
