Execellentnt opportunity to grow as a professinal.

I enjoy diversifying in my career and my role at SSG Consulting gave me an opportunity to diversify as a Claims Consultant. I got exposed to different forms of contracts for FIDIC and NEC. I thrived in the environment as I was dealing with different professionals in such as Contractors and the Employer/Client. My typical work day involves various aspects of Quantity Surveying, eg. Budget and Estimating, Valuations and Payment Certifical, Contracts Negotiatin, Tender Evaluations, Oracle Primavera Contracts Management, Contracts Admistration, etc. I have good rapport with my fellow colleague, in all honesty the work itself is easy dealing with the ifferent personalities is a bit of a challenge. I have learnt Contracts Management using Oracle Primavera Contracts Management tool/software.+ I enjoy Skills and Knowledge transfer (SKT). The most challenging aspect of my job is that I am in a male dominated inndustry which tends to affect your growth in a company. Kind regards Unathi Zono

Good learning experience

Day to day administration work Good team spirit Good team players Learnt new systems, Key360, Projects online, contract management,Change management, technical queries I enjoy doing different tasks everyday. The job is not routinous. I get to learn new things everyday The most challenging aspect is when people do not do their jobs that enables me to do mine. I get hold up by people who do not do their work in time.

Pros: Good learning experience
Cons: There are opportunities for growth but somehow the management want you where you are.
