Learned do deal with customers

A typical work day is : I like a challange and working under presure . I learned to handel all types of customers and how to deal with difficult situations. The importance of communication expecialy when a delivery is done in another province. We all worked together as a team and every body was always willing to help if there was a problem.

Pros: work satification
Cons: the only negative thing I can say about SSG is that there was no room for growing and was stuck on the same salary every year

I am a fast learner and do like a challenge

I woreked hand in hand with the financial Director of SSG . SSG is a small office working with family the father owned the company Daugther was the Financial Director and Son in Law The Logistics Director. We worked were close as a family and was expected to know every body's work incase of a emergency. I dealed with the Customer Service Department on my own and it was challenging to keep every customer happy even some deliveries was done in the Cape

Pros: Family working situation
Cons: No promotion opertunities
