Great working space with an awesome team whom I worked very close with, product knowledge and continuous sales training was a must every week, A customer is your money, thats one of the most important things to remember when dealing with them, the most challenging aspect would have to be carrying the weight for the entre store when they under perform so you have to constantly be on your toes and pull the weight for everyone.

Excellent learning curve, taught me resilience and patience.

Skilled in using Amadeus and DTM to advise clients on ideal times to travel by sorting through vast amounts of information to find the best possible travel arrangements for them. In short, we connect and discover what the client envisions to experience, and paired with our expertise, we assist in organizing their travel plans. Working independently and in a team is critical. Time management, communication and problem solving with the client and the team is key; as well as, meeting our personal and store targets.

I am good in learning things,I adapt fast I love challenges due to that it improves my learning

I love working with a good team.I have learnt so much since I joined the department.Winning is what I mostly enjoy,i have learnt that it is good to keep a client happy so that the client can pass our information to others when happy.

Making travel dreams comes true

I absolutely love what I do. The company is great as well however the industry is suffering at the moment and that why I have decided to apply for customer services because I have been in the industry and I also enjoyed dealing with customers
