A typical work day for me is when I have a lot of new employees to recruit and have to do all their contracts by myself which is not easy cause my contract pack consist out of 15 page which need to be completed.I have a good relationship my co - workers but most of the time I think my manager just sit and let me do all the work which I don't complain of it is just unfair to do so much but earn so little.I have learn a lot these 3 years.I enjoy recruiting new people cause it is always nice to get out of the office time and again.The most challenging thing for me is to make sure that all my contracts are completed correctly and that I have all backing documents in order and to make sure that my employees are happy where I place them.

Pros: I will be so happy if i could get a higher rate.
Cons: I don't complain i will work late if i have to.

I take full responsibility of my work and can work with minimum supervision. I have ability to work over time ; I put safety and healthy first (zero harm). I excellent interpersonal communication skills .Iwilling to relocate anywhere work can locate me

M a hard worker who is willing to work long hours and under pressure ,willng to give the company good production.l have compeleted grade 12 with maths and engineering scince and code 14 drivers license,pdp and dangerous goods certificate

Very good company to be part of. Employees are well looked after and the environment is exciting. Although its a fun and exciting company to be part of, there is very limited room for growth. I was part of the company for 8 years and gained a lot of experience.

Gaining good experience

I do a lot of admin work i work very well with other colleagues and as an individual I have learnt communication skills and being able to cope under pressure I mostly enjoy the fact that i get a chance to learn new things daily and can use them on future job opportunities Most challenging aspects is when i have to work extra hours to reach the targets that i have put and to do a great job, but in the process i develop and learn a lot
