The company has given the love I have for the logistics industry
I was hired by a logistics recruitment agency, it deals with permanent and temporary staffing, it associates with companies like Value Truck Rentals, DHL, and Vital distribution Solutions. Im happy to say I have been dispatched to work under them.

Company must try and improve management
Unilever is great company but I would advice them to look into details about the companies hired to manage the warehouse and distribution ,and also regularly scout the warehouse to see if all the workers are getting a fair salary and receive all the perks of the company .By my understanding Vital distribution solutions and staffing logistics carry themselves in an unprofessional manner, and they do not treat their workers right they always worry about their deadlines and never attend to employees matters. And also follow all labour laws that are in the constitution. The company is filled with fraudsters and corrupt people they cheat people of their salary and also abuse their state of power .

It has been learning curve but honesty hard working sometimes fair when it comes to my coworkers i now can be independent reliable and most importantly I have learn to be a team worker

Excellent learning curve
I strive to advance my skills and knowledge ongoinly. I'm well organised and very accurate.. I'm highly skilled in Computer Literature. I Execute and perform tasks independently. I present myself with confidence. I have excellent inter personal skills, and communicte comfortably in Afrikaans and English.. And even though I feel comfortable in my current work position, I have to improve on my personal growth and skills.. I need a new challenge in life, and I feel like this could be it..

Cons: The site is to far from home and the hours of driving and working hours included is to long..
