Excellent learning curve.

Learned about structure designs and technicalities of building them. Time keeping, project management. MS Project manager. Co workers are not to friendly due to the color of my skin. Always have to fight to get myself involved in projects.

Pros: Great learning curve from the older engineers.
Cons: Comfortable relationships.

Excellent Company leading daily

Normal day Monday to Friday Site meetings Legal documents in place and correct Inspections and certification Sales and account maintenance Working close with customer and team.members I really enjoy working with people It's challenging daily to ensure the customer is always happy and to make sure the contract stays intact and protected I love my job and I love to Work with people

Pros: Learn every day more and could be a LMI someday
Cons: Working away from home constantly even tough travelling is not a problem or to sleep out feom time to time
