Company that you can grow within it.

I was focussing on giving our customers best services and also educating them on how they should keep their accounts up to date and how they going to benefit from that.i was also doing collections under early stage accounts and late stage accounts, focussing on minimising the role rates from one month to another.

Pros: It's a company that you can grow within and gain more experience, because of the monitoring that we were getting from the management.
Cons: I was working 176 hours per month

I have been employed for past 18 years and have more than 10 years Project Management experience. I have achieved consistent and remarkable results in execution and completion of IT solutions projects using both Prince 2 and PMBOK methodologies. As a PM my role requires extensive stakeholder management with internal and external parties, vendors based across the UK, France and India which is one of my strong points

Pros: Enjoy project management and stakeholder engagement
Cons: Time delays
