Ensuring that all escalated customer complaints/ disputes and cases received from various Ombudsman are understood and appropriately facilitated and resolved according to the Complaints Management and internal Dispute Resolution Process as well as the procedures/protocol laid down by the various Ombudsman, NCA and CPA. This includes minimising SBSA reputational and Financial risk in matters of disputes that reach the various Ombudsmen.

Extensive experience gained

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
I have 5 + years experience in Consulting and later 2+ years experience in Team Lead Position/ Project Manager position. I am currently on an upgrade of SAP CRM, mainly Sales, Marketing and ICM and Services. The implementation involves the mapping and configuration of CRM process to work and integrate with the Core Banking System at SBSA.

New Challenge
I am looking for a new Challenge. I have been working in the banking sphere for almost half of my life and require a slight change. I am ambitious. I have relationship banking experience on a face to face level with Executives and owners of businesses with a Company Turnover of up to 20Million per annum,responsible for Analysing company balance sheets, acquisition for new business,sales and service retention and many more functions related to bank requirements. It has been a privilege working for this big organisation. I have learnt and developed many skills, from this position including relationship building. The industries that I have come to identify and know is numerous and assisted me with life knowledge. I,am grateful,The colleagues within the industry are team players based on bank culture.It was great but no longer a challenge.

My job ups and downs
I started working at Standard bank in 2014 as a Teller at Eersteriver Service centre I was working through an Agent then Quest Solutions. I was booked 3 hours a day earning R32 per hour and i was moved from one branch to the other (Kuils river, Helderberg-Somerset mall, Tygervalley and Neelsie-Stellenbosch ). Then eventually September 2015 standard bank employed all Quest employees as Standard bank temporary permanent employees and I happens to be one of them. Then I was of offered a permanent post at Kuils river February 2016 then I took the offer. With my colleagues I always had a good relationship as I am a person that speaks her mind and I speak upfront if there is something that I did not like . The challenge of working at Branch level and having to attend to customers is that there are no fixed lunches so an employee can just go to lunch at a time that suits them.

Application
Good day I would like to express my interest in the above mentioned position. I believe that my experience and education will make me competitive candidate for this position. I am currently employed as Prestige and Private banking consultant at Standard Bank no.6 Simmons Street. I have been with the bank for 13 years and expertise in dealing with Credit Card, customer service, Current account queries, Africa queries, travel wallet and private banking queries. In all this time I have achieved a great deal of knowledge and understanding of what is expected of me.

Learning curve and gaining experience
It is great company but growth it hard to find need change. I have learned lots of things about discipline and working hard. We are working in shift. Less hours like 4 hours in a day.
