I am customer centric, i am multilingual,professional and a team player

i assess funeral Claims, I also detect fraud, I am a team player I have learnt a lot about customer service, I also speak English Afrikaans, Zulu, Setswana , Sesotho and a bit of Xhosa I enjoy serving my customers putting a smile on their face the most difficult aspect of my job is handling difficult clients.

Pros: great company to work for,we also do alot of online courses to develop our skills
Cons: sometimes we have to sacrifice our lunch and also work overtime

Not a happy employee

Always working under pressure to a point of working overtime many months on end. The internal processes and systems fail the clients. There is no growth

Pros: Great work experience
Cons: No recognitions
