Dear Sir/Miss I am writing to express my keen interest in the role of this Job that was advertised on the internet or website. I know this position is an excellent to my interest in Information Technology as am ready to learn more about it and to my Automation (QTP) experience. I am graduate in Information Technology specializing in Software Development as one of the popular in IT developers; I have done several of programmes like C++, C, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, A+, N+ and I have knowledge of project management, analysis and design(OOAD), and network management and I have experience in Automation(QTP) Testing. I am passionate on my work and my aim is to make difference in my work-place through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my position attitude. I have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills and hard worker.

I am an enthusiastic person with lots of learning abilities, I was employed with Standardbank for more than 8 years as a Data Management consultant, with duties as AML AND KYC consultant duties, Merging Personal and Business Profiles, have been a Level 3 qualified First Aider in my department for more than 4 years. My Communication skills is Balancing, listening and talking, speaking and writing clearly and accurately, influencing others, keeping others informed ,I take Initiative by taking ownership of my work, doing what is needed without being asked, following through ,Self-motivated ,Able to function independently ,Inquisitive and a quick learner and have Problem solving abilities. I am Customer focused, striving for high customer satisfaction, going out of our way to be helpful and pleasant. Quality/Compliance is my approach.I like achieving a standard for excellence with my work processes and outcomes, I am meticulous and accurate, and I pay attention to details

Excellent learning curve

I an Industrial Engineer by profession, completed my Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, got certification in project management and attended Leadership program within Standard Bank South Africa, I have been working for as a Business Process Analyst /engineer for almost 8 years in both Service and Manufacturing sectors, I have been involved in a number of projects where the following methodologies were required: Agile approach, Waterfall , UML modelling, BPM . I have been exposed to different mapping tools (ARIS and Visio), i have contributed in documenting AS-IS and To-BE processes within IT Operations space. I have been assigned to projects where i was involved in Business Analysis work and process engineering work, so in that regards i can multitask.

Growth opportunities

The employee are energetic at all times, teams work together, there are rooms for growth. Have learnt the importance of clients, they always our first priority. Flexibile hours a day. What's Challenging most is when you are being insulted by the customer, as they say clients always right, you just have to keep calm and meet clients needs and apologize at all times.

When we had workshops with Arena 21 from the UK.

It is great experience to be part of such a huge company in the world (Standardbank South Africa), It has been a great journey with loads of experience and great team of facilities management. I have a beautiful leadership at work who take full responsibility of their employees.In the past 4 years within the bank, I learnt to take responsibility and initiative in each and every project I am involved in. I mostly enjoying the diversity and the culture of the bank the spirit of humanity with the bank. The most challeging aspects of my job is dealing with incompitent people, dealing with deadlines.

Pros: There is always a room for growth depending on your commitment and hard work.
Cons: Over time is always encouraged to staff members in order for them to earn money.
