Excellent learning curve in customer service

Rapidly growing corporate company in the consumer-goods-trading sector. Stanley Black & Decker employees work under tremendous pressure in trying to compete with the likes of Bosch and Ryobi. Working for a global result driven and very ambitious company expecting a stretch from employees with minimum to zero error in processes taught me to take responsibility, be accountable and pro active in my daily tasks. I have learned to be customer centric and the voice of reason and seeing customer complaints as an opportunity to change and do better as a business. I am a team player and work well with all internal and external parties in trying to mitigate and resolve quiries.

Good exposure to marketing and sales functions

Working at Stanley Black and Decker has exposed me to work across many functions such as customer service, marketing, pricing and branding as well as sales functions. I am always working on different roles, making it easy to get exposed to different roles in the business. Working at this company has been a positive start to my career. I have to work with different people within the company to ensure that at the end, customer needs are not just met, but they are happy with our offering.

Cons: Headcount freeze, hence limited opportunities for a permanent position

Excellent opertunity but they never followed through.

I have been in the medical industry for 7 years with Dr Cuyler. I've dealt with patients medical aid Getting authorization billing collection. Etc . I am good at what I do and would love to be in the industry again .

Pros: Great opportunity to get into the medical field again .
Cons: Depends where position is travelling reasons.
