Excellent leadership

I have good leadership skill as i communicate well all co worker and always advise and improve before enforcing.i understand that eveyone have their reasonable limitation of thinking so i do not compare employees.i love being safety advisor because i want all co worker to go back to their families without any injury and ti continue providing for them.

Pros: I would love to be a safety expect in future
Cons: I work hard so long hours fo not really matter to me

I am a energetic person and i always do my best

Im currently in my last phase of project management and looking to move forward in that direction, my remarks and point are al above 70% im a hard worker, i do my best and im always looking for new ways to make the job safer and to make the deadline on anyprject that is give, im a very good in making project charts to show were the progress is and on what day or month should what be completed

Pros: I can work any hours given do not mind to do the extra work
Cons: None
