Excellent learning curve. I have learnt a lot on how to deal with difficult people.

My job has a very high stress level dealing with the public. My phone is constantly ringing. I have people dropping in for appointments in between. Work in a open plan environment with lots of interruptions. Must multi-task to a large degree. I have a good relationship with co-workers and get along with everybody. I have learnt to be very tolerant and patient. Mostly, I enjoy interacting with people. The most challenging aspects of the job is constant interruptions.

Pros: Interaction with people.
Cons: Difficult people who complain.

Good company

They understand when personal problems occur and will accommodate you as long as you do not miss use the system. Management will ensure that you have the opportunity to work with your company in the future and provide you with the best possible opportunity to provide your customers with the best possible solution for them.
