I get more experience

In my work when I'm working a day shifts I clock in by 07:00 to 17:00 and when I'm working night shift I clock in by 18:00 to 06:00. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt about organizational culture and also to ingage with different cultures so I've learned about embracing dirvesity within the work environment. I enjoy working as a team sharing new ideas with others. The challenges in my job is to work on and off cause sometimes our employers they can say there's no job maybe about a week not working.

Pros: Good opportunity to gain an experience
Cons: Long workings hours but fue working days

Excellent learning

My name is Xolani Sinyanya. Im 29 years old.I live @ Thembisa Johannesburg. My previous work company called steel codes technology. We where doing the fabrication of component's such training of technicians, sliding gates, grave yards,Burglar gates, etc. The management were professional and the employees were so friendly capable of working under pressure aiming to meet deadline. By joining that company I gave the positive impact in the company and got more experience in my career goals.I always working shifts and overtime.
