• Provide advice, information and instruction on local HSE issues • Assist in the application of HSE procedures • Help manage risks and hazards in their area • Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures • Liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity, HSE Unit and other safety personnel • Review and analyze injury and incident reports and data • Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for their area • Monitor local area compliance with HSE policy and procedures • Audit local area HSE compliance with regard to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management • Help promote HSE awareness. • The good relationship i have with my co-workers which contribute to my achievement and all the new things i've learnt.

Construction Management

Good organization with professional approach, have a good working atmosphere among collegues. The organization is operational in south africa as its parent company. The projects executed by the present company is the extension of american school at doha.

Administrative skills and doing wages

I have learned how to work in construction. I do know all the different formwork material. I am doing wages and keeping record of hours and labourers. Doing filing, send and receive emails and booking flights and bussus for staff. Capturing invoices,diesel and petrol. Also keeping record of Weekly plants and invoices of suppliers. Teamwork and customer service I am good at. Problem solver and well organized.

Pros: Great experience in construction this was my first time working in construction.
Cons: Monday to Friday

I have been here for 12 yrs and i need to grow now

it very nice to work on system and people are very friendly , the challenges are moving to a new system. i have learn that you must take your work serious and learn to work accurate

Pros: to my site i don't see any opportunities here as i v been here for for 12yrs and i will like to do something different .
Cons: working for this company is very nice and learn how to work with different people everyday
