The Current Company Review: The purpose of the Education, Training and Development Policy is to describe Company Training Department processes and procedures to ensure that they are implemented in a systematic manner in the business unit divisions in accordance with defined and documented requirements and legislation. It is the aim of its Training Department to provide adequate training not only as a strategic business imperative, but also as part of the progressive human resources and skills development practices of the Group and its commitment to the enhancement of skills. In terms of these procedures, company training controls the quality of the training provided to the organization and implements the Education and Training Qualifications Authority (ETQA) guidelines and objectives set in terms of, current legislation. Training carried out will meet the commitment of the organization as outlined in the Work place skills plan.

Pros: Every modern system includes receiving and inventory functions. Proper use of these functions helps pinpoint the causes of inventory loss, reduces query conditions and makes overall business management easier.
