Excellent learning curve

It has been an excellent opportunity availed to me to work at Stellenbosch Super Spar.My typical day day starts at 06:00 with preparation to open the shop which included cleaning the shop and stocking the shelves.The shop opens at 07:00 and we start serving customers and attending to each customer's needs and make sure they are all satisfied. I have a good relationship with my co- workers as we work as a team to satisfy our every customer's needs. I have learnt to be courteous and empathetic ti needs of the customer. i learnt that i represent the company image and its very important to con..duct myself in a good way. i enjoy reaching my targets and meeting deadlines thus prompting me to work very hard

Pros: There is opportunity for growth
Cons: Working night shifts as i have small children to look after and can be not be left alone during night shifts

Good experience

It was a great experience because it was my first time working so I enjoyed working with different people and learn more about how to serve customers and respect them. I am very happy that now I know everything about customers service and how to work under pressure .The company was treating us well and I appreciate that now I can go anywhere and apply because my record is good.

Different environment from corporate to franchise learned a lot

It was agreat exprience.I love working with people and with my hands I can't stand or sit still I like being busy.I supervised the groceries but helped in receiving.I assist the shelve packers fill up there shelves coach relayed shelves.Its nice cuz you deal with customers at the same time. Supplier reps and outside merchadisors.Learning products what people and customers expect what they need. Currently Unemployed

Cons: lazy people
